Thank you for choosing Artisanal Affair! Each product is handmade with heart, so we kindly request your patience and understanding of our small-batch process. Please go through our policies to ensure a smooth experience.

Availability & Delivery

  • All orders are handmade and processed within 5-7 days after confirmation & advance payment.
  • Please place your order in advance, especially for customised pieces.
  • We value your time and will update you as soon as your order is ready.

Customisation & Changes

  • Resin once cured cannot be changed. Please finalise design, colours, and details at the time of ordering.
  • Any edits after confirmation may incur extra charges and extend delivery time.
  • Minor handmade imperfections (tiny bubbles, slight curves, shade variations) are natural and not considered defects — they add to the uniqueness of your piece.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • No cancellations or refunds once an order is confirmed and paid.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges unless there is transit damage.
  • For claims, a full, uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof. Without it, we cannot assist.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Product Care

To ensure longevity of your product:

  • Keep away from direct sunlight, heat & sharp objects.
  • Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth — do not wash under water.
  • Avoid perfumes/sprays directly on resin.
  • Handle with care to prevent falls or damage.
